Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work?
Here’s some helpful information before you book. Of course, you’re welcome to get in touch if you need to know anything else.
What should I wear?
We recommend you wear activewear or something comfy to move in. During our pilates, yoga and chills sessions you can choose to go barefoot as we’ll be on grassed areas.
What level of fitness do I need?
Each session will include a stretch and release and work up to a slightly higher intensity but it won’t be a sweat-fest. The sessions suit all fitness levels but are not suitable if you have any pre-existing injuries. If you’re concerned, feel free to contact us to discuss.
How much alcohol is served?
Each glass of wine equates to one standard drink and tasting flight one standard drink. If you plan on making an afternoon of it or consuming additional wine at the event, we recommend you nominate a designated driver or contact us to discuss transport options. Drink responsibly.
Do you cater for vegans?
Yep, we love plant-based foods and cater for vegans but you’ll need to advise us at time of booking of your preferences or specific dietary needs.
Is there a minimum age?
We welcome all ages but under 18’s need to be accompanied by an adult. As our events are held at local cellar doors, they’re best suited to adults. When an event is family-friendly we’ll flag it on our site.
What do I need to bring?
Everything you need is provided including water, sunscreen and yoga mats. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if preferred. Our mats are closed-cell construction so they don’t absorb sweat or contain nasty chemicals. If it’s a sunny day a little extra sun protection such as hat and shades will come in handy.

Are events refundable?
If you’ve booked into an event but can’t make it, we’ll transfer the ticket to another event or into another name for you. Tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.
What happens if events are cancelled?
